Within this system, if your building(s) change (for example, partition walls put in on the third floor only), the information can be passed to us for uploading. Or if you wish, the update can be made from your site using a simple document check in/check out process.
If you own multiple properties, you can protect your data from unauthorized access. Individual passwords and user log ins can be assigned to each of your managing agents or facility managers, so that when they log on, they only see the areas relevant to them.
