From conception to completion, The SDS O&M Bureau’s professional aggregation of documents service incorporates: liaising with subcontractors, collating and arranging the information into a readable, standard format; and delivering it in hard copy (paper) or electronic output. This also includes certification, safety data, cleaning information, product literature, record drawings and design criteria, all of which can be delivered in hard copy, on disc or via an online portal.
The team at The SDS O&M Bureau has completed over 600 projects to date for most of the UK principal contractors (and many building owners), so we know how important it is to be kept up-to-date. The project team are informed of our progress throughout the entire process, via site meetings and regular updates from our office based co-ordinators, as well as via our online Tracking System (PITS).
