From conception to completion, The SDS O&M Bureau’s professional aggregation of documents service incorporates: liaising with all trades and subcontractors, collating and arranging the information into a readable, standard format; and delivering it in hard copy (paper) or electronic output. This also includes certification, safety data, cleaning information, product literature, record drawings and design criteria, all of which can be delivered in hard copy, USB or via SDS O&M Project Digital Asset Bank.

The team at The SDS O&M Bureau has completed over 1000 projects to date for most of the UK principal contractors (and many building owners), so we know how important it is to be kept up-to-date. The project team are informed of our progress throughout the entire process, via site meetings and regular updates from our project team co-ordinators, as well as via our online Tracking System (PITS).

SDS O&M Bureau’s sole focus is ensuring every project you choose with us, is completed to a highly professional standard meeting all requirements readily available upon practical completion.
