Throughout the project lifecycle, we will liaise with sub-contractors, and compile and aggregate the building documentation, which we will arrange into a format that is acceptable both to your client and legal compliance.

• Heath & Safety information
• Project directory
• Statutory certificates
• Asbuilt Plans
• Photos/videos

The O&M Bureau can produce either a hard copy (paper) file, or a digital copy, supplied on CD-ROM or accessible via the web. Or you can have your documents delivered in any combination of the above.
